This is available for logging software bugs, critical problems or operational questions. to log a helpdesk call, simply ring 01275 817718. Alternatively, you may log a call directly on to our helpdesk portal. All calls will be logged onto the ATRIUM helpdesk application and you will be given a unique helpdesk number. If you log your call via e-mail you will receive a response via e-mail. The helpdesk operates from ATRIUM's offices in Bristol. When calls are received, we will attempt to replicate any problems at our office and resolve them from there. Where appropriate, we will then send the software fix on CD, disk or by e-mail for installation by the client. If we are unable to resolve the problem in this way, then, where appropriate, we will attend the client's site.
