ATRIUM operates a helpdesk which is available for all ATRIUM clients 24hours a day, 7days a week through the online helpdesk portal at http://support.atriumsoft.com. Alternatively clients can contact the helpdesk by calling 01275817718 Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (excluding public holidays).

Clients can log into the helpdesk portal with a user name and password which has been provided by ATRIUM. Once the client has logged in they are able to view the latest news and information from ATRIUM; this would include details on any bugs, service charter, technical specification and our roadmap which details ATRIUM’s future software developments.
