Pendleton Associates (the consultancy appointed by the ODPM to survey how well local
authorities are delivering on-line planning services) has this morning announced
the final results of their January survey. Scoring a maximum 21 points will secure
extra (Planning Delivery Grant) funding, so, for those councils that achieved it,
it's good news financially as well as in terms of demonstrating a high quality of
service to their citizens.
All but one ATRIUMplanning/ATRIUMeplanning clients, ie Cumbria, Dorset, Lincolnshire, Somerset and Suffolk, got the maximum 21 points. Our five ASP clients, ie Cambridge, Durham, Essex, Hertfordshire and Northumberland, got 21, 21, 19, 20 and 21 points respectively. This is very good news for our clients ' and for ATRIUM itself. It reflects the massive amount of hard work that was put in to the e-planning project last year. Just about everyone in ATRIUM contributed to this success one way or another, so thank you everyone. This demonstrates Atrium's ability to commit to the delivery of high quality software and services to a very tight deadline. Gareth Edmunds Business Manager (Planning) |
