ATRIUM are pleased to announce the creation of a new post of Customer Services Manager
which has been awarded to Shan Taberner. Shan joined the company over 8 months ago
and has been working in the Consultancy team in addition he has extensive Customer
Services experience in previous roles. Shan will be heading up a new Customer Services Department (formerly included in the Support Team) which will be responsible for providing first and second line product support as well as co-ordinating the external training needs of our customers and carrying out the majority of the product testing. The team will comprise; Customer Services Manager ' Shan Taberner Customer Services Consultant ' Lora Evans Customer Services Consultant ' Jo Edwards Customer Services Consultant ' NEW APPOINTMENT Customer Services Consultant ' Training Co-ordinator ' NEW APPOINTMENT One of the strategic goals of ATRIUM over the next 12 months is to improve customer service, this restructuring is our first step towards this and hence the new position that Shan is taking up is a key role for us as a Company. |
