ATRIUM Software is pleased to announce that Hertfordshire County Council has recently purchased the ATRIUMplanning system, including the Development Control & Appeals, Investigations & Enforcements, e-Planning and Site Monitoring modules.

This major new contract, worth in excess of £100K, augments the ATRIUM e-Planning OPA (Online Planning Application submission) module which Herts CC has been using since late 2005 with the new OAM (Online Application Management) module, which processes both the Planning Portal's 1App and ATRIUM's new Minerals application forms.

The project is currently at the implementation stage, with training, deployment and data conversion ' including the transfer from existing legacy systems of all historical data going back to 1948 ' in full swing. The e-Planning software, currently hosted by ATRIUM, will be integrated into the ATRIUMplanning suite hosted by Herts CC themselves. The project is currently on schedule and budget, with the go live milestone anticipated in early July.

ATRIUM looks forward to a long relationship with the Herts CC, and is confident its ATRIUMplanning solution will help the County Council deliver more efficient, citizen-focused and cost-effective planning services.
