Lincolnshire County Council, already users of the ATRIUMplanning Development Control & Appeals, aGIS, Investigations & Enforcements and e-Planning modules, has further demonstrated its confidence in ATRIUM's products and services by recently ordering the Site Monitoring, Online Enforcements Searches (OES) and Highways Consultations & Agreements modules. This effectively means Lincolnshire CC has the complete ATRIUMplanning software suite.

The Council has been using ATRIUMplanning DC & Appeals and Investigations & Enforcement modules, together with e-Planning (which includes Online Planning Applications and Online Planning Searches) since 2005. aGIS (ATRIUM's GIS) was added in 2006 and is currently being upgraded to interface with the Council's corporate GIS (GDC's GeoStore).

Site Monitoring, which enables the Council to monitor compliance on minerals and other sites under the new fees regime, and Online Enforcements Searches (OES) which enables citizens to search for and review progress on all current investigations and enforcement activity, were both implemented in March this year.

At present, the County Highways Department is in the final stages of implementing ATRIUM's Highways module, with significant enhancements developed in partnership with Lincolnshire CC. The Highways module enables the Council to process ...
