Following discussions at the ATRIUMplanning Usergroup in December 2006 where a commitment to purchase was made, ATRIUM designed, developed and delivered its Online Enforcements Searches (OES) on schedule and the system went live in time to meet the PARSOL deadline of 1 April 2007.

OES has been designed to fully comply with the PARSOL (Planning and Regulatory Services Online) requirement to provide citizens with an online facility to search for and review progress on all current investigations and enforcement activity.
