Network Rail's national helpdesk (OPHD) managed by Mouchel is utilising ATRIUMproperty modules to manage reported faults, reactive work and contractors. Internal and external contract teams are also accessing the Network Rail Operational Property Asset System (OPAS) to report work completion, order variations and payment applications. Over 200 Network Rail staff and external contractors have been trained in the use of ATRIUMproperty.
