This will enable more thorough management of servicing regimes and inspections, maximising the asset commitment and assisting with legislative compliance. In addition, fire risk assessments have recently been completed at a summary level, and a more detailed review will be recorded using Specialist Surveys.

The process of creating and maintaining an integrated corporate property asset management system continues at West Sussex, bringing benefits not just in terms of comprehensive, accessible and accurate information, but also by providing a technical solution that is supportable, sustainable and consistent with the Council’s long term ICT strategy.
