ATRIUMproperty at Cheshire - a Case Study. (Page 2 of 2)
Purpose and Scope
This document outlines the proposed re-implementation of ATRIUMproperty within the
two unitary authorities of Cheshire East and Cheshire West and Chester. It will
investigate how the two new unitary authorities might be able to use the existing
ATRIUMproperty and Portal applications currently used by Cheshire County Council. It
will describe ATRIUM’s understanding of the requirements for both unitary authorities
and detail the proposed new property structure which will be adopted by both the East
and the West.
The screenshots that are included within this specification are provided for
demonstration and representation only and should not be construed as being the
indicative of the final development.
Project Objectives
The project objectives are as follows:
Create separate East and West Environments
Upgrade each environment to latest version of ATRIUMproperty (8.4)
Implement new property structure for East and West
Implement Estates Management and GIS for Cheshire East
Create separate Portal for East and West as each authority will require
individual branding
Modify existing interface
Update reports to take account of new property structure (ie using sites
rather than properties in Discoverer reports)
