Historic Royal Palaces implement ATRIUM’s integrated GIS and CAD modules

Historic Royal Palaces implement ATRIUM’s integrated GIS and CAD modules for use at the Tower of London and Hampton Court, enabling them to manage these complex sites more effectively by integrating their contract work with maps and plans.

A long-term user of ATRIUMproperty, Historic Royal Palaces are currently implementing ATRIUM’s integrated GIS and CAD modules for use in their contract work at the Tower of London and Hampton Court. These two sites might only cover a relatively small area, but they are made up of hundreds of locations within a multitude of sub-buildings.

Using ATRIUM’s integrated GIS and CAD will enable HRP to manage the complex range of properties and assets at these sites with increased effectiveness. For example, users will now be able to search maps to identify work and drill down to pinpoint specific locations at room level whilst accessing detailed project and contract information.

As all ATRIUMproperty modules are fully web based, users can make full use of this powerful new functionality via their standard web browser, without the need to install CAD and GIS viewers locally.
