ATRIUMplanning Usergroup - Summer 2009.

The ATRIUMplanning usergroup meeting was held at the headquarters of the Institute of Highway Incorporated Engineers in Russell Square, central London, on 10th June. Now becoming a regular venue for usergroups and other client meetings, this latest event gathered together eighteen users, representing every one of our ATRIUMplanning back-office clients. Mel Whittingham (Operations Manager) and Gareth Edmunds (ATRIUMplanning Business Manager), along with Nic Anderson (our new recruit to the Helpdesk), represented ATRIUM.

The meeting proved a great success, offering as always an opportunity for users and ATRIUM to exchange information and ideas through a mixture of presentations and round-table discussions. The morning session covered company news, updates on the Planning Portal’s e-Consultations project and ATRIUM’s training and accreditation scheme, a quick review of helpdesk and support issues, and - most importantly perhaps - an outline of what would be in ATRIUMplanning version 9 (now released and in UAT with most clients).
