The challenge in Scotland is to maintain and improve our buildings management, deal with the issues in the face of a downturn and improve service delivery. This session examined some of the solutions to these challenges in terms of the use of space and buildings.

Session 4: Strategies & Solutions 2 - Partnership Working and the Way Forward

To improve service delivery we need to work together to confront the challenges we face now and in the future. The entire public sector has a stake in pushing forward with the reform agenda, particularly in difficult times. This session examined the vital function of partnership working across the public sector and the private sector - and looked forward to what happens next.
