ATRIUM awarded 3 year contract with Watford Borough Council

ATRIUM is very pleased to announce that following a full and thorough tender process the company has been awarded the contract to supply Watford Borough Council with a Property and Asset Management Solution. The project covers the provision of ATRIUM’s Strategic Property Management system, ATRIUMproperty and a number of business areas including:

• Portfolio Inventory
• Estates Management
• Asset Assessment
• Work Delivery
• Occupancy Management
• Planning & Performance

The Council will also be making use of a number of ATRIUM’s additional features including:

• GIS & CAD Integration
• Document Management
• Web Portals
• Reporting tools

ATRIUM will also be supplying a range of services including Project Management, Consultancy, Training, Data Migration etc. ATRIUM looks forward to the implementation which is due to start in late February.
