ATRIUMproperty Live at Cumbria County Council Following a detailed evaluation process of a number of systems, including 2 full scale demonstrations and an in depth 2 day workshop, Cumbria County Council and Agilisys selected the ATRIUMproperty system, above others, to meet their property and asset management requirements. The two organisations are already seeing the benifits of the decision as on April 1st 2010 the ATRIUMproperty system went live following sucsessful completion of Phase 1 within just 5 weeks. Phase 1 included full set up and configuration of the new integrated property register, transfer of data from legacy systems and went Live following a swift implementation throughout March. In order to meet the required timescales and ensure a successful implementation, allowing Cumbria and Agilisys to maximise the benefits of ATRIUMproperty, ATRIUM provided a comprehensive range of PRINCE2-based services including Project Management, Technical and Business Consultancy, Training and Data Migration. The work does not stop here and is soon to start on 2nd phase of the project which will includes implementation of the survey and GIS integration modules.
