ATRIUM Sponsor ACES Spring Conference

ATRIUM will be exhibiting at the ACES Spring Conference (Association of Chief Estates Surveyors) in Liverpool on 13th and 14th May 2010. This years conference pormises to follow on from the topics discussed at the conference in Brentford last Autumn with the topic being Public Assets : Catalyst for Recovery.

Following the recent election and with the outcome still unclear most authorities are still unsure where and when the cuts will be made. ATRIUM believe that the current climate provides those working in propoerty with an opportunity to utilise the estate to increase efficiency savings. This will help ensure that when the cuts do come that the effect on service delivery is minimised. In order to do this however it is now more important than ever that the correct data is collected and utilised to allow seniour managers to make well informed decisions about the estate. The Conference starts at 10.30am on Thursday May 13th 2010 and closes at 4.30pm on Friday 14th May 2010.
