We support ATRIUM applications by offering full installation and implementation services backed up by training programmes delivered at both our own facilities and at customer sites. We offer a full, post-implementation support service via our dedicated Helpdesk facility that features both a personal response system and a full Helpdesk Portal available to registered customers. We have high levels of technical expertise within the company including fully certified Oracle professionals. This makes ATRIUM well placed to provide all forms of assistance both during and following technical implementations – including on-going support. |
