Following the success of the recent PAM events – last November’s Ministry of Justice Case Study, and May’s Network Rail Case Study – Atrium organised two new events in Leeds and London on 12th and 14th June respectively.
Entitled Cutting costs and retaining long term value – a risk-aware approach to property rationalisation, these key events were designed for any organisation seeking financial advantage by optimising their property portfolio and demonstrating that risks are known and controlled.
Our key speaker was Chris Lloyd - Director of CAS, Chairman IAM Qualifications and Professional Development, and Editor of ‘Asset Management: Whole-life Management of Physical Assets’. Other speakers included Terry Pitt and Matt Laing from Atrium, and Andrew Hawkeswood from IPD.
