Atrium is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract for  the Property Asset Management System (PAMS) Framework Agreement for the ‘South East 7 Group’.  

Following an exhaustive tender process, completed under the auspices of Surrey County Council and Hampshire County Council as joint contracting authorities, Atrium has entered into a collaborative Framework Agreement for the potential use by any of the county, district, and borough councils and unitary authorities, and NHS bodies and Police authorities, within the ‘South East 7 Group’, and beyond.  In all, some 72 public authorities are within the scope of this framework agreement.
