Manhattan Atrium is pleased to announce that Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust has become a client, procuring the Atrium EAM solution as their Property Management system to help manage their Estates and Facilities and maintain compliance.
Established on 1 April 2013 with the demise of the PCT, the Trust provides services such as community inpatient, outpatient services, public health nursing, community nursing and therapy.
Unable to use the PCT’s legacy estates system to fully meet requirements, Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust will be implementing the Atrium EAM system, with the main objectives being to consolidate data current held in disparate spreadsheets and systems and hold it in a centralised repository for stakeholders’ use. Further to this, the Atrium EAM’s reporting facilities will be used extensively to provide the management information needed to help build the Trust’s Estates Strategy, assist with NHS PAM and prove compliance.
Modules procured included: Portfolio, Works, Estates, Assessments and Occupancy. System implementation began with the Project Initiation meeting and kick-off on 22 July 2014 with full implementation expected by early 2015.
