Atrium is pleased to announce that following a thorough evaluation process Bournemouth Borough Council have chosen ATRIUMproperty as their new Property Asset Management System.
During 2010 Bournemouth Borough Council published the results of an extensive Facilities Management efficiency review. The review identified a number of issues the council faced regarding facilities management including the duplication of data and processes and a lack of monitoring and control of activity against contracts due to the disparate nature of service delivery.
Following this review Bournemouth awarded a 10 year contract to Mouchel to deliver Facilities Management, Revenues, ICT and Benefits Services as part of the commitment to provide an ‘Efficient Council’ for the citizens of Bournemouth. Atrium, working in partnership with Mouchel, was subsequently selected to provide the Council with the following ATRIUMproperty modules:

• Estates Management
• Asset Assessment
• Work Delivery
• Occupancy Management
• GIS Integration
• Document Management
• Word Stationary
• Reporting tools
