Atrium is pleased to announce that following a market review LCG Services Immobiliers SA have chosen ATRIUMproperty to manage their Investment Property Portfolio. The organisation holds a number of investment properties in Geneva, Switzerland and will be using ATRIUMproperty to support the management of these buildings.

The contract includes integration with an existing estate package provided by Groupe MK and delivery of the following ATRIUMproperty modules:

• Portfolio Inventory
• Estates Management
• Work Delivery
• Occupancy Management
• Document Management
• Web Portals
• Reporting tools

Atrium will also be supplying a range of services including Project Management, Consultancy, Training, Data Migration, Support & Maintenance and Hosting etc. Atrium looks forward to the continued implementation which is already underway.
