Manhattan Atrium is pleased to announce that Croydon-based social care and education specialists, the Whitgift Foundation, has procured the Atrium EAM solution to support their asset management activities.
For over 400 years the Whitgift Foundation have been educating the young and caring for the elderly of Croydon as was the vision of the founder Archbishop John Whitgift.
Today the Whitgift Foundation promote educational excellence, support the Borough’s carers and offer a range of care services for older people. Manhattan Atrium has been selected to support this service by providing the EAM system’s Portfolio, Assessments and Works modules.
The Whitgift Foundation operates 3 schools, Old Palace School, Trinity School and Whitgift School, along with 3 care homes, The Whitgift Almshouses, Wilhelmina House and Whitgift House.
The EAM system will support the monitoring of condition and compliance across all these sites, while also providing the ability for staff in the buildings to report issues to the maintenance teams enabling them to be fixed thus enhancing the organisation’s service delivery. The system’s reporting capabilities will also greatly enhance the data analysis that can be undertaken providing greater transparency when analysing property and maintenance spend ensuring best value for those receiving support from the Foundation.
